This striking, colorful dress has our signature soft stretchy velvet top, this time printed with a golden pattern and contrasting turquoise long sleeves. A gold glittery waistband and a full tulle skirt in sparkly black, lined with a cotton underskirt enhances the stunning outfit. The dress also features a removable intense pink velvet cape.
