 Shipping:

-Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders of $150 and over!

- Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.95 USD.

- All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS or UPS and typically leave our shop within 1-3 business days.

- FREE local pickup is available in Wilmington, NC. Just choose In-store pickup at checkout.

 Returns: We want you to love what you purchased! While we don’t offer refunds, we do gladly accept returns for store credit (or size exchanges, if available).

- You have 14 days from your order date to return items for store credit.

- Store credit never expires and can be applied toward any in-stock item at checkout.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags. - Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Items not eligible for return:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for seasonal/holiday items or sale items including holiday apparel.  All items purchased from our sale category are FINAL SALE.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To initiate a return, you will need to package the items along either your packing slip or written order number so we can correctly process your store credit. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1001 International Dr. Wilmington NC, 28405. Please click here to begin the process, 

We can provide a return shipping label to you, to cover the expense, we will deduct $7.95 from your store credit. Please note, any returns not meeting our requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.  

Exchanges - Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size (if in stock). - If the size you need isn’t available, your return will be processed for store credit. - Items not eligible for return cannot be exchanged.

 If You Paid with Afterpay or ShopPay Afterpay/ShopPay purchases follow the same return policy: store credit only for items returned within 14 days. - If you return an item but haven’t finished paying your installments, you’ll continue making those payments until complete. - You will still receive store credit for the returned item(s) once processed.
