Learn how to cultivate wild yeast and establish your own scratch-made sourdough starter. Join Rebecca Warfield for a one-hour workshop that will demystify the process of making and caring for sourdough starter so you can confidently make sourdough bread, discard recipes, and more at home. 

 

In this workshop, you will:

  • prepare and make your own starter to take home
  • learn the steps for establishing your starter
  • learn tips, tricks, and troubleshooting for feeding and caring for sourdough starter
  • sample sourdough goods that you can make with your own starter once it is established

 

Registration includes:

  • Supplies for Day 1 and 2 feedings
  • Jar and cloth lid
  • Step-by-step eBook that details feeding your starter, baking your first sourdough loaf, and starter discard recipes

Events will be:

Friday 3/22/24 6pm-7:30pm

Saturday 3/23/24 8:30am-10am
