This item runs true to size and is intended to fit as a wide leg pant throughout the legs and flare at the bottom. The waist is an elastic stretchy band.
* In between sizes? We would caution on sizing up unless your daughter has longer legs and needs more inseam length as you do not want to size up on these to have them dragging.
